Product strategy, UX/UI and software development services in Riyadh

STK helps Saudi government entities and enterprises turn complex processes into clear, scalable digital products. The Riyadh-based studio covers product strategy, research, workflow architecture, bilingual UX/UI, design systems, software development, product ownership and AI experience design — with named deliverables at every gate.

Positioning, product definition, capability roadmap and the decisions that determine what gets built first. Delivered as a written product direction your stakeholders can approve.

Stakeholder workshops, process mapping, regulation review and requirement definition — the groundwork that keeps enterprise platforms from being designed around assumptions.

Stage models, role matrices, approval authorities and navigation structure for platforms where one wrong hierarchy costs months of rework.

Interface design for dense enterprise screens, mobile field tools and public-facing products — with attention to states, empty conditions, errors and escalation.

Production web and application development across frontend, backend, integrations, automated testing, deployment and technical handover — shaped around the approved product architecture and UX/UI.

Component libraries, bilingual typography and pattern documentation so multiple squads can ship consistently without a designer in every ticket.

Backlog definition, acceptance criteria, software-development oversight, UAT structure and release decisions — STK stays accountable through delivery, not only through design handover.

Interaction models for agentic and assistive systems: visible plans, structured outputs, evidence, auditability and recovery points that make automation trustworthy.

How an engagement runs

Phase 01

Discovery

Workshops, process mapping, system review and a written problem definition agreed with the client.

Phase 02

Architecture

Stage models, roles, approval authorities, data structure and the navigation spine of the product.

Phase 03

Design

Interface design across states and roles, bilingual layouts, and a component set ready for build.

Phase 04

Development & delivery

Software development or build support, backlog and acceptance criteria, automated quality checks, UAT, deployment, training material and handover.

Digital product delivery across Saudi Arabia

Based in Riyadh, STK works with teams across the Kingdom, including Jeddah, Makkah, Madinah, Dammam and Khobar. Discovery, design reviews and technical handover can be coordinated remotely. On-site workshops, system access and delivery constraints are agreed in the proposal.

A complex platform or governed workflow

Start with roles, approvals, data and integrations. Agree on discovery and acceptance criteria before choosing the implementation scope.

An existing product that needs improvement

Bring the current journey, user feedback and operational constraints. Focus the research and UX/UI work on the decisions and states that affect the outcome.

A smaller, clearly scoped service

Compare STK Lite for a business website, one automation, an AI task or a UX audit. Review the published scope, available options and estimate before ordering.

UX/UI design and software development questions

What does STK deliver across UX/UI design and software development?

Deliverables are agreed for each phase and can include research findings, process maps, information architecture, user flows, production UI and a bilingual design system. When development is in scope, STK can also deliver application architecture, frontend and backend implementation, integrations, automated testing, deployment and technical handover.

Can STK redesign an existing government or enterprise platform?

Yes. STK begins with the live workflow, user roles, regulations, data and technical constraints, then defines the target experience and a phased delivery path. The scope can cover one critical journey, a full platform or a reusable design system.

How is Arabic-first UX different from translating an English interface?

Arabic-first design treats right-to-left structure, terminology, information density, numbers, forms, tables and document conventions as product requirements from discovery onward. English is designed as the paired experience rather than used as the source of a late translation.

Does STK develop products after the UX/UI is approved?

Yes, when development is included in scope. STK can carry the approved experience into frontend and backend implementation, integrations, testing, deployment and handover, or work alongside an existing engineering team with a prioritized backlog and acceptance criteria.

When is STK the right fit?

STK is best suited to complex, multi-stakeholder products: government services, procurement and governance workflows, safety and field operations, healthcare platforms, enterprise systems and AI-assisted tools where roles, approvals and auditability matter.

What should a Saudi team include in a project brief?

Describe the users, the current workflow and the outcome that needs to improve. Include the required Arabic and English journeys, roles and approval levels, integrations, delivery deadline and measurable acceptance criteria. Discuss hosting, data access and any sector-specific requirements during discovery so they are reflected in the agreed scope.

How can we compare proposals for design and development?

Compare the defined scope, deliverables, responsibility for content and integrations, acceptance criteria, milestones and handover. Check whether research, Arabic and English layouts, error states, testing and deployment are included. A price alone does not show whether two proposals cover the same work.

Where does STK work?

STK is based in Riyadh and works with government, semi-government and private-sector organizations across Saudi Arabia. Engagements and deliverables can be run in Arabic, English or both.
