Using the site

The site presents the studio's work and services and lets you send a project enquiry. You may browse it for any lawful purpose.

You must not interfere with the site or its security, bypass technical safeguards, submit automated, misleading or unlawful enquiries, or use automated access in a way that disrupts the service or unlawfully reuses its content. Ordinary search-engine and AI-assistant indexing is permitted.

Enquiries and proposals

Sending an enquiry creates no contract and no obligation on either side. A proposal from STK is a separate document with its own scope, fees and terms, and only a signed agreement binds the parties.

Figures on the site — numbers of products, sectors and the like — describe the team's experience. They are not a warranty of any future outcome.

The site assistant

The site's AI assistant, Saud, is provided for general information. Its answers — including any mention of scope, timelines or prices — are informational only, may contain mistakes, and are not a binding quote or offer. Binding terms come only from a proposal and signed agreement with STK, or from the terms that apply when you place an order on STK Lite.

Intellectual property

The site's design, text, code, imagery and the STK mark belong to STK or its licensors. You may not reproduce or reuse them beyond ordinary personal browsing without written permission.

The names, logos and screenshots of client and partner organizations remain the property of their respective owners. They appear to describe work the team has delivered, and their presence does not imply endorsement of STK by those organizations.

Third-party sites

If the site links to a third-party service, STK does not operate that service and is not responsible for its content, availability or privacy practices.

No warranty and limitation of liability

The site is provided as it is. STK does not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components, and to the fullest extent permitted by law accepts no liability for any loss arising from use of, or reliance on, the site or its content.

Changes

STK may change the site and these terms at any time. The date at the top of this page shows the latest revision; continued use of the site after a change means you accept it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the courts of the Kingdom have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
