These terms govern your use of stk.sa, the website of STK, a product strategy and UX/UI design studio based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. By using the site you accept them. If you do not, please do not use the site.

Using the site
The site presents the studio's work and services and lets you send a project enquiry. You may browse it for any lawful purpose.
You must not interfere with the site or its security, extract its content in bulk by automated means, or submit enquiries that are automated, misleading or unlawful.
Enquiries and proposals
Sending an enquiry creates no contract and no obligation on either side. A proposal from STK is a separate document with its own scope, fees and terms, and only a signed agreement binds the parties.
Figures on the site — numbers of products, sectors and the like — describe the team's experience. They are not a warranty of any future outcome.
Intellectual property
The site's design, text, code, imagery and the STK mark belong to STK or its licensors. You may not reproduce or reuse them beyond ordinary personal browsing without written permission.
The names, logos and screenshots of client and partner organizations remain the property of their respective owners. They appear to describe work the team has delivered, and their presence does not imply endorsement of STK by those organizations.
Third-party sites
The site links to services STK does not operate, such as LinkedIn and product demonstrations. STK is not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.
No warranty and limitation of liability
The site is provided as it is. STK does not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components, and to the fullest extent permitted by law accepts no liability for any loss arising from use of, or reliance on, the site or its content.
Changes
STK may change the site and these terms at any time. The date at the top of this page shows the latest revision; continued use of the site after a change means you accept it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the courts of the Kingdom have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
