A studio built for products other software gives up on
STK is a product and UX/UI studio for organizations whose processes are too particular for off-the-shelf software. Every engagement is led end to end by the people who do the work — the same team that runs the discovery workshops writes the requirements, designs the interface and stays accountable through UAT and handover.
The studio works Arabic-first when the audience is Arabic-first, and bilingual when governance demands it. That has meant designing for regulators and procurement committees as readily as for field inspectors, clinicians and delivery squads.

How we think
Map the real process, not the org chart
Discovery starts with how work actually moves — including the workarounds people rely on. The interface comes after the process is understood.
Ownership must be visible
Every screen answers three questions: what do I own, what is late, and what decision is waiting on me.
Governance without friction
Approvals, evaluations and audit trails are designed as sequential journeys, so compliance is a by-product of using the system properly.
Arabic is a design requirement
Right-to-left structure, terminology and document conventions are designed from the start, not retrofitted after launch.
